PeeWee Girls Rep, 2011-2012 (Walkerton Minor Hockey Association)

The Pee Wee Rep Girls are gearing up for the year end provincials tournament in Toronto April 13-14 weekend.

The Pee Wee Rep Lower Lakes Girls pulled off a big win for Valentines Day as they travelled to Kincardine and pulled off a 3-2 win, assuring them a place in round 2 of the OWHA Provincial Playdowns. 

The Pee Wee Girls travelled to Sarnia for Silverstick and played hard against some tough competition.

The Pee Wee Rep Girls suffered two losses to the Zorra Fuzion team before the holidays sliding them into third place as of the end of 2011.  In first place is Stratford with 25 points overall and Zorra and Walkerton following close behind with 24 points each.  Walkerton Capitals still have five games remaining, one against Stratford. 

The Walkerton Pee Wee Rep Lower Lake Girls had a quieter weekend with only one game Saturday on home ice.  Milverton made the trip and started off the game with a goal just over three minutes into the game on a rebound shot.  Walkerton was unable to get the puck in the Milverton net to tie it up, and the first period ended with Milverton up 1 - 0.
