Great Start to the Season!
The Godfather Pizza Pee Wee Rep-Lower Lakes Girls got off to a great start with their regular season schedule. On October 8th the girls faced Mitchell on home turf in their first game of the season. During the first period, VanLoon (8) scored the only goal, putting Walkerton ahead as they headed into the second period. The second period saw many chances from both teams but Walkertons defensive play dominated and a second goal for the team by Fotheringham (14) shot from the defensive line sealed the win for Walkerton 2-0. A great beginning to the year!
