Novice Rep, U9 (Novice), 2011-2012 (Walkerton Minor Hockey Association)

The Fritz Novice Reps are wearing silver medals after a hard fought Game 5 against Shallow Lake. With home ice advantage and a packed barn of cheering Walkerton fans, the Capitals came out strong and hungry for the gold. After a disappointing game 4 loss to the Lakers the previous night, the boys and girls came out to win Monday.

Off to Shallow Lake for Game 3. Would a championship title be ours to bring home? Once again the Fritz Novice boys and girls didn't seem to nervous about Game 3 as we headed to Shallow Lake to "hopefully" bring home the trophy. With a packed barn both teams came out on fire. Shallow Lake was keen and it was very apparent that they weren't giving up too easily.

It has been an exciting final round of hockey for the Fritz Novice Reps. After putting Drayton and Goderich out we are on our way to the finals against the Shallow Lake Lakers. Once again our boys and girls have kept us on the edge of our seats in exciting back and forth action that has kept us going to the final buzzer. In Game 1 we travelled to Shallow Lake.
