Game 3
Game 3 goes to Walkerton!!!!!
Sunday's Game was a very close game and was scoreless until late in the second period when Turner McKenzie made it 1-0. Today our defense played an awesome game in keeping Goderich's shooters to the outside and did not let them get to our net. Good job Cameron Klein, Tyler Crummer, Emily Mason and Keaton Eidt. We scored 2 goals in the first 5 minutes of the third to give us some breathing room but Goderich made it 3-1 with just under 7 minutes left to play. Goderich tried very hard to get back into the game but Walkerton did not let them get close to our net. Ryan Fotheringham played well again today and made some great saves! Walkerton scored 2 goals in the last minute to put the game to rest. Turner stepped up to the plate today and had 2 goals and 2 assists. Aiden Hinsperger had a hat trick as well.
