Larsen Bantam Women 'B', 2009-2010 (Walkerton Minor Hockey Association)

The Larsen Bantam girls season ended with their year end tournament in Brussels over the weekend.  To keep up with their consistent tournament play, the girls once again brought home the silver medal. 

The Larsen Bantam girls played in the International Silver Stick Tournament in Trenton and brought home the silver medals.  With only ten skaters, they played six entertaining games.  In all of the games, the girls fought hard, dug deep and battled to the bitter end.  They can be very proud of their accomplishments throughout the entire tournament.

The Larsen Bantam Girls travelled to Orillia for the weekend to bring home their second silver medal in tournament play this year.  The girls came up short in their final game to a strong Clarence-Rockland team.  The girls performed well despite a short bench and injuries. 

The Larsen Bantam Girls were kept busy during the break. With all of the hustle and bustle of the season the team managed to squeeze in five hockey games. The girls had a successful run as they skated away with four wins and a tie.

The Larsen Bantam Girls just missed bringing home the gold medal from the Markham-Stouffville Tournament on the weekend. With only ten skaters and two goalies, the girls fought hard through five games only to come up short in a thrilling final game. The team was on the short end of a shootout, thus bringing home the silver medal. It was a great team effort by all throughtout the entire weekend.
