A Strong Start to Prestige Atom Season
Prestige Atoms came together in a big way, and focused on team work and strong passing.  Aaron-Elderslie hosted our first game in Paisley in a Wednesday evening game, both teams began the game sizing each other up, with the game being played strong by both teams.

Both the Aaron-Elderslie and Prestige team came onto the ice with a host of talented players.  The first period was scoreless until close to the period-end buzzer, however Aaron-Elderslie snuck in past our defense and snuck their first goal of the game.  Prestige Atoms showcased an impressive ability to pass the puck and make plays throughout the entire game.
Just as Prestige began foraging plays to rush the net, Aaron Elderslie netted their second goal at the beginning of the second period.  With a 2 nothing lead, Prestige found the opportunity they were looking for, with a quick drive to the net, Christian Kieffer netted Prestige their first goal of the game.  With less then a minute later, a perfect pass from Jordan Lang to an open forward Tyler Priestap, Tyler shot another past the Arran Elderslie netminder to tie up the game.
The third period was ultimately dominated by Aaron Elderslie with four goals to chalk up the game to a 6 to 2 loss for Prestige.  Pestige Atoms played hard, they passed well and they defended their net with accuracy.  Prestige goaltender, Matthew Donnelly kept us in the game to the bitter end and did an amazing job against the strong Aaron Elderslie team.
Great job, for a season opener boys!
