Tomorrow We'll Show'em How We Score!
The Walkerton McIntee Atom Rep boys hit the post, went to the left, went to the right, went above the net but never in the net in tonight's 4- 0 loss to the Lambeth Lancers.
There were probably some pre-game jitters and some butterflys that will be long gone when Walkerton faces Lambeth in game 2 tomorrow morning at 10 am. The Capitals played well tonight but to no avail. Goaltender Aidan Quish was solid in net allowing 3 solid goals and Lambeth also added an empty netter.
With no goals or assists to write about - this article is understandably short - but I'm planning on having to write a longer article after tomorrow's game!!!
