Consecutive shutouts for Flett !
BDO played a very strong game while missing 4 players. Christ Flett made several key saves to keep the score strongly in BDO's favor. The final tally was 4-0 over a very physical Wiarton team. Scoring twice was Nathan O'Hagan with singles to Junior Berberich and Steve Kelley. Shaun Walsh played a good two way game and added two assists. The game ended with two tussles, one with Keith Anstett and a second when Kurtis Flett came to his aid. When the smoke cleared Keith got a 1 game misconduct for fighting, but Kurtis got 3 games for being involved in the subsequent fight. Wiarton got the same and an additional 3 gamer for instigator. Next up is Durham and then Mildmay for 3 nights in a row, to finish off a busy week.
