Defence Contributes Big in Today's Win
Aidan Quish earned another shutout and Defenceman Curtis Al picked up a goal and 1 assist, Drew Cobean picked up a goal, Brayden McKenzie earned an assist and Dorian Charette provided his consistent strong defence moves to keep Listowel off the scoreboard in today's 8-0 win at home.

Austin Kelly who was absent from Thursday nights lineup arrived well rested and flying, scoring the team's first 2 goals of the game unassisted.  Kelly scored again in the 2nd period to earn his hat trick.  Hunter Zettler saw the back of the net twice in the third period and assisted on one of Kelly's goals.  Noah Leslie's patience paid off as he waited for the goalie to move out just a little bit more - and  found the corner of the net.  He also added an assist on Zettler's goal.  Carter Buehlow and Evan Visser each added 2 assists.

The regular season is soon coming to an end with only 2 games left, both at home.  Your next opportunity to see these boys play is tomorrow morning at 9 am against Kincardine.  They are in action again next Saturday morning when they once again play host to the Listowel Cyclones.

Rumour has it that the Member of Parliament, Ben Lobb will be at the Walkerton Arena for next Saturday's game to present Certificates of Achievement to the Players in recognition of their Regional Silver Stick Championship.
