Penalty Shots and First Career Rep Goals, Small Victories for the Capitals
The Walkerton Capitals played a strong Saugeen Shores Storm team over the weekend and at home Monday night.

Although the scores show two very lopsided games, there are a few highlights that must be talked about! Lucas Bester popped in a rebound for his first goal of the season Saturday night in Port Elgin. Ryan Hinsperger stood tall when he made a great save on his first ever penalty shot against him.

Monday night Walkerton hosted the Storm at home where Lucas Bester scored his second of the season with assists from Scotty McTeer and Cody McIntyre.  Dylan Cartwright scored late in the third period to give all the Moms in the stands something to yell and cheer about! Assists on Dylan’s goal were from McIntyre and Zettler.

Walkerton heads to the Saugeen shores Chris Knott Memorial Tournament the weekend of November 23, 2013.
