Bantam Local League Tournament on Saturday
Despite some good efforts on the part of the CMR team, they couldn't come up with a win in the Bantam Local League tournament held in Walkerton on Saturday, November 17th.
Their first match against Ayr ended in a 5-2 loss with Walkerton's goals going to Colton Louther unassisted and Jacob Murphy on an assist from Presley Cormack
In their second game of the tournament they met up with Walkerton's other local league team, PWU. Brent Eckensweiller, on a pass from Andy Beadle, popped in CMR's only marker of the game which ended in a 3-1 loss for CMR.
