CMR Bantams weren't quite strong enough to fight off Chatsworth and were defeated 6 to 3 when they played in Chatworth on November 10th.
Starting off the scoring for Walkerton was Jacob Murphy with assists going to Matt McLean and Andy Beadle in the first. Jacob Murphy scored again in the second with help from Mitchell Currie. In the third, Mitchell Currie was in on the scoring again putting in CMR's third goal from Brent Eckensweiller.
They boys put up a good effort and even tried a last ditch effort to pull the goalie but Chatworth put one in the empty net for their sixth goal against the Walkerton boys.
Team members are goalie Cole Dales, Andy Beadle, Ben Kittel, Colton Louther, Eric Elliott, Presley Cormack, Dillon Hindman, Matt McLean, Junior Berberich, Jacob Murphy, Brent Eckensweiller and Mitchell Currie. This year's coaching staff includes Steve Elliott as head coach, Andy Cormack as trainer and John Louther as assistant coach.
