Bantam CMR Team defeats Saugeen Shores
The Bantam CMR Local League played their second game of the season and came out on top with a score of 7 - 3 against Saugeen Shores in Southampton on November 6th. They boys came out with lots of energy for this game and it showed through to the end.
Scoring started early with Brent Eckensweiller starting things off with an assist from Junior Berberich. Eric Elliott had the second marker unassisted in the second period. Jacob Murphy scored on an assist from Colton Louther then Junior Berberich scored on an assist from Jacob Murphy.
Late in the second period Colton Louther fired a blazing wristshot from the blue line on a pass from Junior Berberich. To start the third period off Jacob Murphy scored an unassited goal. Closing off the scoring was Junior Berberich with Colton Louther assisting.
