Captain Leads The Way For BDO Midgets
Team Captain Kyle Parks scores a hat trick in victory.......
BDO Midgets travailed to Saugeen Shores and skated away with a 4-3 victory. Trailing 2-0 after the 1st period BDO scored 3 unanswered goals in the 2nd to lead 3-2. Kyle Parks with 2 goals assisted by Josh Elliott and Elloitts goal from the blue line assisted by Curtis Robson and Will Huemiller. Saugeen Shores tied the game early in the 3rd to set up 3rd period heroics by Parks who scored his 3rd of the game on a pass from Mac Cassidy and Elliott. Strong goal tending by Mark Ferguson held his team in the game till they found their offense, stopping 26 shots to earn the win. Next home game Dec.14/07 9pm vs Durham. See ya at the rink!!
