BDO Midgets took to the road..........
The road stopped in Chesley where Walkerton defeated Arran- Elderslie by a score of 2-1. Strong goal tending by Jake Elliott was the difference in the game as he held off the home team till midway into the 3rd. Kyle Parks opened the scoring for Walkerton on a nice setup by Geoff Dentinger. Walkerton got the winner when Justin Wright made a great cross ice pass to Mac Cassidy who broke in from the left side and beat the goalie with a hard snapper to the top corner. In the first two playoff games BDO has received only 3 minor penalties to continue their disipline play. Next home game Monday Feb. 25th at 9pm vs Arran-Elderslie. Games in Mildmay on the 26th at 8:30pm and a drive to Lions Head on Fri. the 29th round the month. See ya at the Rink!!!!
