ISS Opening Ceremonies

The Pelham International Silver Stick Finals kicks off with a spectacular Opening Ceremony, setting the stage for unforgettable memories. With over 2,000 guests in attendance at the Pelham Panthers Home Arena, this evening is filled with excitement. Highlights include the popular team PIN trading session in the gymnasium, followed by the Parade of Champions, where team representatives are introduced on the ice for the highly anticipated tournament puck drop.
We recommend your players wearing their team jerseys to the Opening Ceremonies!
Agenda for Event:
5:00pm Team Check In
Team Manager and or Coach Check are required to check in to receive their instructions for Set up of the Parade of Champions. Coach and Team Player Captain will be announced on the ice.
Team Player Grab Bags will be handed out at this time as well with your Noisemakers!
Pin Trading: 5:30 to 6:30
This will happen in the Gym area. Players are encouraged to spend time meeting other players and trading Pins.
Live Band - Figure 4
5:30pm to 7:00pm
8:00pm to 9:00pm
Opening Parade of Champions: 6:30pm will assemble and start about 7:00pm
Coaches and Team Captain/Team Player Representative will be announced as they enter the main ice surface. The ice surface will have carpets laid out along the boards and across ice for the parade onto the ice.
The Opening Ceremonies will begin with the piping in of the flags, the national anthems and then the Parade of Champions onto the ice surface with the official puck drop!
