    Tournament Details

    1)  Each player will receive a 1/2 price family swim pass to be used at the same facility as the arena.
    2)  Each player and team staff will receive a $5 meal voucher.  To be used any time before 2:00PM.
    3)  The tournament rules are attached, every player on the bench should be aware of them.
    4)  There is a gate fee for all parents that are not part of the bench staff.  Players and siblings are not included either.  The gate fee $5 for the day or $2 per game.  Hanover Parents included.

    Game Details

    1) Each Game Will Be 30 Mins Run Time. Buzzer Every Two Minutes.
    2) Games Will Be Played 4 On 4.
    3) There Will Be 2 Min Warm Up Before Game.
    4) As Per The OMHA Jamboree Policy Manual Games Will Be Played Half Ice. Each Team Will Get Half Of A Bench.
    5) Dressing Rooms Will Be Shared By Teams. If You Can Please Store You Bags Within The Showers. If You Have A Break You Can Take Your Bags Up To The Lions Den. I Will Be Assigning The Dressing Rooms And It Will Show On The Schedule.
    6) Pool A Games Will Be Played On Side A (Home Side Of The Ice Surface). Pool B Games Will Be Played On Side B (Visitors Side Of The Ice Surface.)
    7) Referees Will Be Used For All Tyke Games. Coaches Need To Be On The Ice For The Ip Teams.
    8) This Tournament Will Be Run Under OMHA Rules (See Official Tournament Rules Attachment)

    Tournament Rules

    1. all teams must report to the tournament coordinator to sign-in at least 45 minutes prior to their first game, managers/coaches will be required to fill in tournament sheets 30 min prior to game time. all ap players should be noted with “ap” beside there name on the game sheet. players not indicated on the tournament sheet at the start of the game, will not be eligible to play that game. these are not game sheets as score will not be kept.
    2. teams must be prepared to go on the ice 15 minutes prior to scheduled start times
    3. teams must be read to go on the ice immediately after the preceding game even if it finishes early.
    4. flood at the end of every third game.
    5. there will be a (2) minute warm-up period.
    6. omha rules shall apply, including coach & trainer certification, and suspensions.
    7. games will be 30 min straight time with a buzzer every 2 mins. each game will be played on half ice as per omha rules for minor novice level teams.
    8. in the case of conflicting sweaters. the home team will change.
    9. the home team will be listed first on the official tournament schedule.
    10. the tournament coordinator will have final say concerning eligibility of players and applicability of tournament rules should a dispute arise.
    11. referee has final say in all on ice conflicts.
    12. each team is guaranteed (3) tournament games.
    the tournament committee reserveds the right to make all decisions regarding interpretation of the tournament rules, objections or protests. all decisions made by the tournament committee will be final.
