Atom Girls LL, 2017-2018 (Walkerton Minor Hockey Association)

Thank you to all the parents, coaches, manager, trainer and most importantly of all the players for a terrific 2017-18 season!  It has been a privilege and an honor to be your coach this season.

Girls, The last few weeks have been tough for us in terms of the way games have gone.  We spent the last 2 weeks working hard at practice.  We sat down and spoke about what we need to go to get back to the way we can play.  We also worked on correcting a few little things that can make a difference in games.  This weekend we got better results and that is thanks to you and your efforts.

To all my Atom Girls LL players, As coaches we are really proud of our team's effort this weekend.  We had a rough start to the tournament but we bounced back with a very impressive game this morning and a solid effort this afternoon.  This weekend was about spending time together as a team and creating memories and I can honestly say mission accomplished!  We have lots of hockey left this year and will only get better as we go.  This weekend has taught us that we should never give up and keep working hard.  Thank you girls for an awesome weekend!
