Long weekend..... but great hockey
Look how far we have come!
Atom LL2 played in the South-Port Optimist Tournament on Saturday, February 16, 2013. We won our first game against BCH (4-1) but lost our second game against Twin Center. Our team played amazing against the second team and should be commended for how hard they played.
On Sunday, February 17, 2013, Atom LL2 played our first "Play Off" game against Milverton. Please note that we lost to Milverton in October (12-2).
Our team played AMAZING! Zach scored the first game 7 minutes into the first period, assisted by Tyler. Milverton was shocked by how far our team has come! Keaton score the 2nd goal which was again assisted by Tyler. We were tied 2-2 right up until the 3rd period. Milverton won the game (3-2) but the parents, grandparents and friends in the stands were so proud of our players. We have come a long way. This is going to be an exciting playoff season! Good Job Team!!!
