Leslie Motor's Takes Tiverton in Home and Away Games
Mon Jan 10th Walkerton Capital's headed to Tiverton. This was a high paced game with scoring chances for both teams. Walkerton edged Tiverton by 2 goals winning 5 to 3. Shaildle racked up a hat trick plus 1 with 4 goals. Zach Saunders made some excellent saves with a stellar glove save to keep the game on Walkerton's side. Excellent effort against Tiverton's top player. Chloe Zettler showed no fear as she knocked him down going for the puck. Great Determination! Solid effort by all!
Sat Jan 15th. Tiverton came to Town for the re-match. Walkerton was down on skaters with only 2 on the bench. The effort was constant by the smaller squad.
The score ended 5 to 3 again, advantage to the Cap's. Quanbury had a hat trick. Reaman and Keip one a piece. Fotheringham had an awesome game. A highlight was the poke check on Tiverton's key player #17. The Leslie Motor Caps should sleep well tonight after this one.
