5-2 Loss in Listowel
The Ernewein Capitals suffered their first setback of the playoffs Sat night with a 5-2 loss in Listowel.
The Ernewein boys did not catch any breaks all night long. Coach Paul Zippel states "We had the advantage in puck possession, shots and territorial play all night long, it just seemed that when they shot, they scored, it's that simple. One of our normally steady goaltenders struggled, that's all I can say. If it had to happen it's good to get it over with now rather than in a deciding game". Scoring for Walkerton was Andy Zippel and Mitch Dentinger. The boys are back in Walkerton for game 3 Fri night at 9:00 pm.
