AGM MEETING DATE AND LOCATION CHANGE - NOW WEDNESDAY MAY 20TH
Hello everyone, this is just a reminder that our Annual General Meeting will be held on MAY 20th at the Walkerton Community Centre (arena) starting at 7:30 pm.
The agenda will include a review of our 2014-15 year, the adoption of by laws ( necessitated by Walkerton Minor Sports being dissolved), and the nomination/election of next year's executive.
At the AGM, we will not be discussing any new business or individual concerns. The new executive will make time available at the following meeting to hear any concerns or suggestions.
All executive positions are open for nominations and re-election but vacancies exist in the following three areas:
1. Ice Time Manager
2. Local League Convenor - Boys
3. Local League Convenor- Girls
The following non executive positions are also vacant:
1. Pre Tyke Coordinator
2. Fundraising Representative
3. Head Goalie Instructor
