I'd like to be able to take credit for this article, but I found it on the OMHA website, and believe it to be a good read for our team. At the bottom is a link that would be invaluable to our players who want to spend some time in the driveway improving their skills. Enjoy!
It’s important to remember that that even if you play at your best you may not always win the game. Sometimes it’s just unlucky bounces or it may just be that the other team was better. Don’t let yourself get lost in self-doubt or have one bad play outweigh the ten positive things you did on the ice.
Check this out, https://www.omha.net/playersclub. I have seen the results of players using these challenges (the 5000 puck challenge), and it does make a difference. Have fun!
