Walkerton Capitals Girls Lower Lakes ‘B’ Tryouts Walkerton Minor Hockey will be hosting Lower Lakes tryouts for Midget ‘B’ for the upcoming 2016-17 season.

Players will be required to complete our registration form.  Registration forms will be submitted online, and should be printed prior to being submitted for your own record. IF YOU SUBMIT PRIOR TO PRINTING YOUR DATA WILL BE GONE AND NO PRINT OPTION AVAILABLE.

Any players coming from another centre will require a signed Permission to Skate form from their home centre to be permitted on the ice for the tryouts.  

There will be a tryout fee of $60 per player (guaranteed 2 tryout sessions).  The fee will be due at the first tryout. There are no refunds or discounts of the tryout fee.  Payment can be made by cash or cheque. Please make cheques out to Walkerton Minor Hockey Association.

Location: All Midget tryouts will be held at the Walkerton Arena.
