It was a great team effort Sunday in Kincardine with all the players putting forth a strong effort to collect the teams first win of the season with a score of 8-0.
That however wasn't the only first as Tallon Hope recorded his first career shutout with a solid performance between the pipes, and Macy Biesenthal scored the first goal of her young career. Both players were presented with game pucks for their achievements. The entire team showed the best effort of the season with tremendous hustle and aggressive puck pursuit which directly lead to a strong defensive effort as well as numerous offensive opportunities. The offensive outburst was lead by Chloe Kaufman with the hat trick and Keaton Neilly with a pair. Rounding out the scoring was Chase Kaufman and Owen Young. The team looks to keep the momentum rolling this Friday at home to the Howick Hornets.
