RKS Electric Peewee Boys Take Down West Grey
On Tuesday, February 12th, the RKS Electric Peewee boys took on West Grey in Durham. The first period saw lots of action with RKS starting the scoring late in the period with a goal by Landon Moore assisted by Mason Stroeder. Then Moore returned the favour assisting Stroeder’s goal making it 2-0 at the end of the first.
There was no scoring in the second period although RKS played hard and had a few good chances. Matt Markauskas ensured the lead was kept with his amazing goaltending!
Near the middle of the third period Landon Moore secured the lead with a breakaway then deked low blocker side and in, assisted by Jacob Weiler. West Grey managed to sneak one past Markauskas on a tricky bounce a few minutes later. The rest of the period belonged to RKS with the final score being 3-1.
