Atom Girls' Win Streak Reaches Four Games
Shannon Wagner and Lauren O'Hagan each scored in the third period to lift the Walkerton Atom Girls past Blyth-Brussels. The win was the fourth consecutive victory for the team and improves their record to five wins and five losses. Megan Bell netted her first goal of the season to open the scoring for Walkerton. O'Hagan, Emma Fortney and McKenna Hickling each assisted on goals.
The four game win streak included victories over West Grey, Mildmay-Teeswater (LL) and Aaron Elderslie. Next up in the schedule are games against Mildmay-Teeswater (LL) and Georgian Shores.
