Slow start but come out with double wins
On November 13, the Bantam Girls Rep hosted Grand River on the home ice. The girls played to their best and came out with a 2-1 win. The goals went to Jasmine Thompson with one assist going to Ashley Ernst. Cassidy Becker was able to hold Grand River off by only giving them the one goal for the game.

Then on November 20, the girls hosted Woolwich on Home ice. It was a tough game, with most of the play down in the girls own end. But Nicole MaKague managed to get the one and only goal of the game. She helped from Lindsay Crowe and Dallas Fischer, who were rewarded with the assist to the goal. Becker held tight to her pipes, not allowing Wollwich to get even one goal. So in the end the score was 1-0 for the Walkerton girls.

This weekend (November 23 - 25) the Walkerton Bantam girls are heading to Kitchener to take part in the Kitchener Fallfest Tournament. They are meeting up with Woolwich Wild for the first game at 2:45 pm on Friday. And then on Saturday they are playing Tillsonburg Lightning at 11:15 am and then meeting up with Ennismore Eagles at 3:45 pm.
