Series Tied 3 Points A Piece
The juvies got the start they wanted scoring on the first shift as Trevor Robinson continued with the hot hand and helpers going to Kyle Parks and Jake Barclay.

The guys kept up the pressure but couldn't get that important two goal lead. As the period wore on Mooretown got their legs going and started to build some momentum of their own. Mooretown eventually tied the game at 2:43 of the first. Not to be outdone, the Capitals answered right back when Nathan O'Hagan picked the corner from the slot off of a nice feed from Andrew Dentinger, second assist went to Andrew Walsh at 1:33 and the period end with the Capitals holding a 2 - 1 lead. Play continued back and forth but it was the Storm that got the next one scoring at 8:10 to tie up the match again. However, less than 3 minutes later Dentinger cleaned up the play in front of the net after O'Hagan had done all the hard work and got the puck to Dentinger from his knees and again the Capitals skated into the flood with the 3 - 2 lead but still had just over 5 minutes of a six minute minor to kill. The juvies were successful in killing off almost three of the five minutes remaining until Mooretown broke out of their own end, made a nice three way passing play and finished on the opportunity at the 13:10 mark. Both teams had chances for most of the remainder of the third until Mooretown finished off an opportunity in the slot and skated away with the 4 - 3 win and tying up the series. Game four is tomorrow at 4 pm in Mooretown as the Capitals looks to come out with a better full team effort....Go Capitals Go!!
