The Walkerton Pee Wee girls were in it tough in the second round of the playoffs against the Mount Forest Rams.
The first game was a back and forth affair. The Rams opened the scoring, then Ashley E. set up Jasmine T. to tie the score. After giving up the lead again, Jordenne V. scored on a goalmouth scramble with assists going to Claire W. and Jasmine T. Once again the Rams took the lead and once more the girls fought back to tie the score, with Jasmine T. scoring her second goal of the game. The game ended in a 3-3 tie.
Game two saw the Rams come into Walkerton and take control of the series with a 3-1 victory. Scoring the only goal for the Capitals was Nicole M. set up by Jenna H. and Lily S.
The final game of the series was in Mount Forest. After falling behind 2-0 early, the girls fought back to make it close, but the Rams were too tough and the game ended 4-3 for Mount Forest. Scoring for the Capitals were Ashley E. with two goals, Jordenne V. with a goal and an assist, Jasmine T. with two assists and Courtney W. with one assist.
