First game back for Reegan and with a win
Shut out for our goalie on his first game back after being sidelined due to an injury.
After being on the sidelines our goalie came back with determination for a win and he was not disappointed,first period action saw Brady K receiving a pass from Davis H to put the Novice Rep's up 1-0 against the Otter's.The Walkerton players played very well keeping the puck out of our zone and helping our goalie out, our next goal came in the second period with again Adam G and Brady K getting the puck in behind the Otter's net minder, but Walkerton wasn't done scoring, just minutes after Keegan Q received a pass from Colton R. The Otter's tried scoring but our defense played a very tight game and allowing only minimal shots on our goal keeper, as the game progressed the forward lines utilized the boards and the open man in the neutral zone keeping the puck out of our end. Just seconds into the third period Davis H scored with pass's from Keegan Q and Adam G. The third period saw end to end hockey from both teams but the Otter's could not score,giving the Fritz Novice Rep's a 4-0 victory and Reegan Z,s first game back and a well deserved Shut out.
