A well played game
The Fritz Novice Reps and the Teeswater Otters played an outstanding game.
Both clubs played a great game in Walkerton Saturday Morning, the visiting team scored first giving them the leed, it wasn't until the second period when the Fritz boys scored there first goal, tying the game at 1-1. Adam G received a great pass from Davis H and Ben F, Both clubs played a very defensive game keeping the puck within the neutral zone and only allowing minimal shots on both goal tender's.Our Novice Rep players seemed to have pulled themselves together after their loss to Kincardine the week before, the coaching staff of Aaron Fleischauer, Jason Brown, Liam Quish and Mark Pegalo gave the boys a practice after there 8-0 loss to Kincardine and it seemed to have worked. The Novice Reps played like a team passing the puck and moving up and down the ice going in both directions,our forwards cycled the puck in the Teeswater end and when in our end the Defensmen utilized the boards keeping the puck away from in front of our goalie.our next goal came in the third period when Jackson P received a pass,from Adam G and Davis H,scoring our second and final goal to give us a 2-1 win. All of our forwards Brady K,Colton R, Aiden H,Owen C,Davis H,Adam G,played an outstanding game and when needed came back to help the defensive teams of Jackson P,Tyson B,Ben F and Keegan Q, and as the game played on the defensmen looked for the open man, played positional hockey and helped the goalie Zack S our AP(filling in for Reegan Z out with an injury) get another well deserved win for our Fritz Novice Reps.
