Weber's Electric Back on the winning side
With some position changes and a new found energy, Weber's Electric came out strong, ended strong and brought home a win from Durham on Saturday evening.

In a late afternoon game Weber's Electric Peewees travelled to Durham to face the Huskies once again.  The coaching staff found that a change was greatly needed in our Hanover game this past Sunday, and continued to create wonder with the change in positioning to create change for Webers.  Generate energy, thats what was said and our momentum has changed.
Weber's came out in the first period with a change, and changes there were.  Walkerton hit the scoreboard first with great forwarding manouvering from Ryan Goetz to a well positioned Jacob McKeeman, jacob took the shot but a funny bounce sent Mack McTeer in and set up for the first goal of the game.  Weber's continued their strong game through the first period and into the second.
The second period was our strongest period to date.  Weber's chalked up four more goals in the second.  Beginning with a drive to the net from Mackenzie McTeer, coming right along side him was his wing man Darian Beglaw, the shot was taken, stopped by Durham and tipped in from Darian.  Our thrid goal was a mirror image of the second, a drive from Darian Beglaw and a quick pass to MacKenzie Mcteer sent in our third goal of the game.  Now, center MacKenzie Mcteer was not finished with his game; a strong drive to the net, McTeer shot the puck to the Durham net and stroked in our fourth goal.  To round out the second period, forward Andrew Rivers, who worked incredibly hard throughout the game, passed to forward Connor Johnson who moved the puck through and found Patrick McArthur who took the shot and rang in our fifth goal of the game.
Throughout the game Weber defense was held strong by the double team of Austins and the line of Jacob Weber and Cody Jones.  Besides one goal in the third, Goaltender Calder Davidson was stellar.  Just as Durham got their goal, Webers answered back with our last goal.  Forward Darian Beglaw passed to Patrick McArthur who then in turn saw an open Ryan Goetz, who netted in his first goal in his peewee debute.
A new change, and a change on the scoreboard....Webers took home the win with a 6-1 win.
