The team tested out their winning streak when they traveled to Ripley on Saturday to face the strong Ripley Wolves. Benjamin Schmidt held off the hungry wolves to 2 goals while Prestige Contracting constructed 5 of their own for the win.
Nicholas Fairmainer netted 2 goals, and Drew Cobean, Ryan Girdler and Connor Johnston each added singles to contribute to the victory. The team effort from defence and forwards was evident as Prestige worked together to secure the win. Scott Eddyvean assisted twice, and other helpers came from Jordan Bester, Thomas Crummer, Ty Arnold and Farimainer.
Walkerton hosts the Mount Forest Rams next Saturday at 5 pm.
