Playoff update
After a slow start to the playoffs the team rallied with a clean, fast-paced game which resulted in a sweet win against TCD.
Chatsworth opened the scoring but thanks to a perfect shot from the point by Mark Zettler the teams were tied at 1 by the end of the first period. Neither team was able to find the net throughout the second period but early int he 3rd Chatsworth managed to take the lead once again. Soon after Christian Droefke answered back netting a blistering shot to keep his team in the game. Each team managed another goal (scoring for Walkerton was Allan Rogers) before the clock ran out taking the game into OT. Walkerton didn't give up and proved themselves winners with a pass from Droefke to Rogers netting the winning goal. Assisting Roger's first goal was Brayden Berberick and Paul Gill. Thanks to Jamie Al who had an outstanding game in net.
