First Road Game Ends in a Tie
The Easthill Autohaus Novice LL began their season facing off against Drayton. The opening and only goal of the first, was a one timer scored by Steven O.
In the beginning of the second period an early goal was scored by Scott E. on a rebound. Although there were plenty of opportunities at both ends of the rink, steady defense and goaltending by Chase H. kept the game close.
The high scoring third period was opened up by a breakaway goal by Tristan Z. followed by two goals from Drayton. As the period went on Tristan Z. netted his second of the game. Drayton turned it up a notch scoring two unanswered goals in the last two minutes of the period, ending this one in a draw.
