The Leslie Novices had a busy weekend, playing Listowel twice over the weekend. In the first game on Saturday in Listowel, this game was filled with lots of scoring chances. Persistence paid off in the third period when the Supercrew came back strong with three goals to bring the game within 2. Jordan B. led off the scoring with an unassisted goal, followed by Noah C., assisted by Jordan B. and Thomas C.. The third goal of the game was an unassisted goal by Thomas C.. Ryan L. played an excellent game on defence . Gordon M. was superb in net but was really missed on the forward line. On Sunday Listowel travelled to Walkerton. Matt M. was strong in goal for the Crew, The Supercrew played very hard with all players doing an excellent job. Jordan B. scored Walkerton’s lone goal, with assists from Sam S. and Gordan M.
