Game #2 Mitchell @ Walkerton

Game #2 was here and we had a few of our vacationers back in town to face Mitchell however we lost one as well, so we were able to dress 9 skaters and a goalie, vs 12 skaters and 2 goalies for Mitchell. Once again there was little complaining about not getting enough ice time. Mitchell opened the scoring midway through the 1st period, then added one more on a power play to take a 2 – 0 lead into the 2nd. In the second they added one more before Lucas Bester netted one unassisted. In the 3rd Mitchell netted 2 more before our McIntee Capital never give up attitude that they have had all season paid off and Tyson McLennan netted one with 3 minutes to go, getting the assist was Bailey Zettler. With the goalie pulled and the time out called our boys played hard the rest of the game and came close hitting the post once and just missing a few other times. Time ran out and our season was over. We wish Mitchell well the rest of the way. Having strong games were Justin Donnelly, Jackson Stark and Tyler Goetz.
