Walkerton @ Hanover Loss 3 - 1
After a long break after being eliminated from the OMHA Playoffs we faced a unknown Hanover team. After a scoreless 1st period our Walkerton McIntee Atoms opened scoring first with a goal by Bailey Zettler with the assist going to Curtis Biesenthal. However this was all they would be able to get passed the Hanover goalie. Hanover tied the game in the last minute of the period on a power play and then netted two more in the third to take the victory. This was a very physical game with multiple penalties on both sides. It should be quite a rematch when they meet up later. Ryan Bester played well in net with Luke Zettel and Brandon Dales on defense and Lucas Bester, Tyler Goetz and Matt Lang offering support on Forward.
