We played Saugeen Shores in the first game of our home and home and the Fritz Concrete boys came out flying and built up a 2-0 lead on goals by C. Buehlow assisted by B.Mckenzie and the second goal also scored by C. Buehlow assisted by C.Cormack. Saugeen came back and tied it up but H. Zettler scored a power play goal to put us up 3-2. Saugeen came back and took the lead with 5 minutes left in the game.After calling a timeout and pulling the goalie J. Spitzig jammed one by the goalie with 50 seconds left in the game with the assists going to C. Buehlow and C.Cormack. An excellent game was played by everyone and L. McLean made several big saves to earn us the tie.
