Legion PeeWee loses tough to Mitchell
On November 20th the Legion Pee Wee Rep team traveled to Mitchell. The Walkerton boys hit the ice playing a little flat and a hungry Mitchell team made them pay by scoring twice in the first period. The second period looked like it was going to be a repeat or worse than the first period, with Mitchell scoring three quick goals. The Walkerton boys had some chance's but the Mitchell goalie not only filled the net, he was very stingy with rebounds. Finally, with some hard work by Brendan King and Paul Lindblad, Cory Paulitzki received a juicy rebound and buried it. The boys kept pressing and a minute later, Cam Wagner popped in a rebound from a hard point shot courtesy of Callum Schaus. It looked liked the Walkerton boys were mounting a comeback but Mitchell had other ideas scoring 20 seconds later. The third period was a rough, back and forth period with Walkerton getting the lone goal, a sweet pass from Cole Alexander to Cam Wagner who hit the twine. Final Score was 6-3 Mitchell..
