On November 24, 2007 Walkerton faced off against Durham in Durham with Walkerton gracefully lossing 3 to 2 against their opponents. Keagan Engel scored the first goal and Logan Kritz scoring the final goal of the game for Walkerton. On November 25th Walkerton played a game against Saugeen Shores #2. The PWU won with an astonishing 6 to 1 score over Saugeen Shores. Nick Schmidt led the scoring with a powerful hat trick, with Derek Merchant, Derek Al and Keagan Engel each scoring as well to bring the victory home for Walkerton. But lets not forget the players who with out their great assist Walkerton might not have won. Assists went to Merchant, Al, Braden O'Hagen, Daniel Ritter, Kyle Scheuerman and Scott Markauskas.December 9th saw PWU hit the ice against Mildmay. Walkerton lost 2 to 1 in a very close game with a valiant effort that just wasn't quite enough. Logan Kritz scored the only goal for Walkerton. Chris Flett was strong in net keeping Walkerton in the game.
