Zac Petteplace scored 3 goals in a tight 4-3 win over Mitchell in the preliminary playoff round game Monday night. Sam Eckert assisted on two of the goals and was a big contributor to each of Zac's goals. Paul Gill contributed the other goal to continue his great play of late. Zac accidentally donned jersey #8 last night (we caught it at game time and changed the game sheet) and is entering negotiations with Kurtis to trade his #2 for Kurtis's #8, who was away last night. Joys now moves onto the group semi final, getting 7 points out of 8 from the preliminary round against Silver Stick champ Mitchell and double BB, and first place season team, Saugeen Shores.
