We have 2 different suppliers this year so please fill out the appropriate order form.

WMH apparel - These forms will be collected from the lock box inside the coaches room every Friday.
Please include cash (envelope with your order form) or Cheque payable to WMH.
Orders with this supplier will be accepted on an ongoing basis through out the season.

Deadline is October 15th.
We will be offering the following dates (Main Lobby Arena) to preview and try on the apparel:
Saturday September 14th - 5pm - 730pm
Wednesday September 18th - 5pm - 730pm
Sunday September 22nd - 12pm - 4 pm
Saturday September 28th - 8am - 10 am
