Persistence Pays Off!
In what became a very physical game, the Peewee girls defeated Tiverton 3-0 on Saturday December 15th in Walkerton. The first period remained scoreless even though the Walkerton team dominated. In the second period Katrina Wyatt scored our first goal with the assist going to
Marielle Adams. Destiny Berberich netted the second goal with help from Faith Yensen. Finally in
the third period Faith Yensen scored our third goal with the assist going to Sarah Biesenthal. Our
goalie Alyssa Inglis recorded the shut-out with help from her defensive team.
